Directorship Services
Every Private Limited company in Singapore must appoint at least one director who is a local resident in Singapore. In the event that you do not have an available local director or cannot nominate a resident director of your own, we are here to provide Nominee Director Services to assist your company in meeting the statutory requirements.

The Nominee Director does not involve in the company’s operations but appointed simply to comply with the statutory requirements. The powers of the Nominee Director is contractually limited by the Service Agreement.

Private Share Trustee Services
All Singapore Private Limited companies need to have at least one shareholder who is either an individual or a corporation. If you would like to remain anonymous for the purpose of privacy or any legitimate reasons, we hereby provide our Share Trustee Services.

A Nominee Shareholder will be appointed to hold shares on behalf of you and only the Nominee Shareholder’s name will be identified on the Register of Shareholders and ACRA records. Your personal details (Passport/NRIC, name, address, etc) will be confidential and protected within your company structure and on ACRA.

Nominee Shareholder is not the legal owner of shares and a Nominee Agreement will be executed upon appointment. When you choose to terminate our Share Trustee Services or would like to transfer to other parties, the shares held in trust will be returned to the beneficial owner.

Permanent Office Solutions – Registered Business Address Services, Mails Forwarding Services and Mail Scanning Services
All Singapore companies must have a Singapore based registered address. The registered business address must be a physical local address where the company’s register and records are kept, and official correspondence can be sent and received. The business registered address cannot be a P.O. Box.

We extend our Registered Business Address service to not only clients who wish to set up a company and need a local Singapore address for lodgement with ACRA, but also clients who wish to use our registered address instead of their own local address.

E-notifications will be sent to you whenever your mails are delivered to our office. You can choose to self-collect the mails from our office, forward the mails to your preferred address or scan the mails to your email.
