Mr Alvin Leong is the Director of Bayswater Consulting Group overseeing the marketing and prospecting of project financing.

Alvin started his first career in the insurance industry since 1995 as an insurance agent and move into management in 1999. He was a Financial Services Director, running a mega organisation with more than 500 consultants with TOT, COT and MDRT producers till 2007 before moving into IFA (Independent Financial Advisors). During the time in the financial industry,

Alvin also serve as the Vice President in IFPAS (Insurance and Financial Practitioner Association of Singapore) in 2007-2008. As a practitioner, Alvin specialise in Personal Wealth Management, providing personal financial planning services and asset allocation for selected clients, and Business Insurance, providing business contingency planning to business owner.

With the experience in handling retail, corporate and institutional investors, Alvin continue to learn and understand the ever changing wealth management market and look forwards to create an holistic platform into Asia for all level of investors.
