Mr Raymond Fung is the founder and Managing Director of Bayswater Consulting Group.

Raymond has an extensive experience in Accounting & Taxation, Business Advisory, Risk & Compliance and Fund Operations.

Prior to setting up Bayswater Consulting Group, he was a team manager handling institutional investment funds compliance and trustee operations for Citibank. He was also a finance lead in a governmental ministry and an auditor in a Singapore audit firm.

Raymond served as a non-executive director for various private companies. He is also the advisor and director to various international non-profit organization set up by the Oil and Gas Safety Council and medical associations. He is currently the honorary chairman for Global Chinese Societies Exchange Association.

Raymond has a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
